1. Access and eligibility

By using Motionstead, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information submitted through the site and for protecting access credentials if an account feature is provided.

2. Educational materials

Motionstead courses are educational resources for fitness trainer development. They do not grant a license, certification, clinical qualification, or permission to practice where local rules require additional credentials.

You may use purchased materials for your personal professional learning. You may not reproduce, resell, publicly distribute, or create a competing library from Motionstead content without written permission.

3. Cart and orders

The cart is a browser-based demonstration in this project. Selecting Confirm order displays an informational modal and does not process payment, create a binding server order, or guarantee enrollment.

If paid enrollment is introduced, applicable pricing, taxes, payment terms, cancellation rules, and access conditions will be presented before completion and will supplement these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Motionstead may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, content, systems, or legal compliance.

5. Professional disclaimer and liability

Movement and training examples are general educational information. Trainers must use independent professional judgment, obtain appropriate consent, observe local requirements, and refer health-related concerns to qualified professionals.

To the extent permitted by law, Motionstead is provided without guarantees that a course will produce a particular professional, physical, or commercial result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Contact and changes
